In the Anglican tradition, the official governing body of a cathedral church is called the Chapter. The Chapter is responsible for all concerns regarding financial budgets, reports, investments, litigation, and all related matters for the property of the Cathedral. Our Chapter consists of the dean, two wardens, canons, and 15 lay people who are elected by the congregation to serve three year terms.
