Welcome to an essential part of the ministry of the Cathedral Church of St. Luke. There are three levels supported by the Cathedral mission budget: National, International and Local. The requirement agreed to by the Outreach, Mission and Evangelism committee is; there needs to be at least five Cathedral members involved in the hands-on operation of the ministry to have annual financial support from the Cathedral mission budget. On a National level the Cathedral supports Kairos, a prison ministry out of Lake County, FL and Campus Crusade Orlando. On an International level the Cathedral supports Our Little Roses, Wycliffe Bible Translators, David and Joan Nichols' missionary work ministry in China, and Christ Church Jerusalem. On a Local level the Cathedral supports Compassion Corner, a ministry to the homeless; IDignity, a ministry to help the poor obtain identification; Grand Avenue Primary Learning Center where Cathedral members act as the PTA at this school in the Parramore area; St. Philip's parish, specifically with their VBS outreach and the Christian Service Center. It is our hope is to lead our members to a focused and fruitful mission direction for the Cathedral.
