important that each member is working to contribute regularly and generously
to our ongoing ministry. Using pledge envelops is the best way to have your
giving on record.
Cathedral 101
Newcomers are invited
to an informal welocme and information session held the second Sunday of each
month, from 9:10 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. in the Activity Room of the Education Building.
No registration is necessary. This class is an introduction to the Cathedral Community.
Come for coffee, get acquainted, hear about the paths to membership, marriage
and baptism at the Cathedral, and begin to find your place in our community.
Newcomer Dinner
Let
me be the first to invite you to attend one of our newcomer dinners.
Several times a year newcomers are invited to a covered dish dinner. These dinners are held
in the home of Cathedral members and they are casual and fun. They are a nice
way to meet Cathedral Clergy, other newcomers and some of our Cathedral members, as
well. The agenda is laid back and the food is great. Dinners start at 6:00
p.m. and end by 8:00 p.m. Our next dinner will be sometime this summer, date
to be determined. (This dinner is primarily for Adults. No child care is
provided.)
